Most people tend to think that unpacking is an easy chore and does not take much time. However, this is not true as unpacking takes just about the same time as packing and thus, you need to allocate proper time to it too. To do this, you need to consider a number of factors like the number of boxes you have, the number of items that need unpacking, etc.

Hire professionals - It is best to hire professionals for this job as they are not only well equipped to do the job better, but they are also fully capable of putting back intricate pieces of furniture together and assembling items that you may not be able to.

Sort your priorities - What you must unpack depends solely on you. However, it is highly recommended that you start with your bedroom and make your move towards the bathrooms and the kitchens next. Items belonging to the living room, guest room can be saved for later as they do not require any immediate attention, like the other rooms.
